Master's degree
This is a postgraduate or postgraduate specialised (or master's) study course.
University Master's degrees may be of first or second level.

A first-level Master's degree may only be accessed if in possession of at least a bachelor's degree.

A second-level Master's degree can only be accessed if in possession of a specialised (or magistral) degree or an 'old system' degree.

MASTERS

Schools of specialisation
These are postgraduate specialisation or master's degree courses that provide knowledge and skills for functions required in the exercise of particular professional activities. They enable students to obtain a licence to practise these professions. At the end of the course a specialisation diploma is awarded.
