The Director legally and substantially represents the Department; convenes and presides over the Council and the Board; sees to the execution of the relevant resolutions. He/she supervises the proper observance of the Statute and Regulations; he/she maintains relations with academic bodies and external institutions; he/she exercises all other powers devolved to him/her by laws, Statute and Regulations.
